Bountiful Family Services is an organization dedicated to serving individuals, at-risk youth, and families in the Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City areas.

We provide foster care services, behavioral health services, and therapeutic services to children with mental health and behavior management challenges. We are currently seeking individuals to join our team. Available positions include the following:

  • Basic Skills Trainer 
  • Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist
Basic Skills Trainer:
  • Provide one-on-one skills training to kids and youth in areas of basic living and Self-Care skills, Social Skills, Communication Skills, Organization and Time Management and Transitional Living Skills
  • Develop Treatment plans based on Child's need and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Have high ethical and moral standards 
  • Attend community visit such as child and family team meetings, school meetings, therapy or psychiatric appointments, or court.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals including administrators, clinicians and therapists, other BST and PSR workers, families and with other members of the community.
  • Be self-motivated and a self-starter, hardworking, detail oriented and comfortable working with kids and families and have excellence oral and written communication skills
  • Applicant must have access to a computer, and be proficient in basic computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma; previous experience with kids is preferred but not required
  • Be able to pass an FBI background check and meet all state clearance guidelines. Must also have reliable transportation and possess valid vehicle insurance.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist:
  • All PSR providers must meet all requirements listed above for Basic Skills Training in addition to the following: 
  • Provide one on one intervention-based skill building to kids and youth in the following areas: behavior management, social competency, problem identification and resolution, effective communication, moral reasoning, identity and emotional intimacy, self-sufficient dealing with their mental health diagnosis, establishing realistic life goals, and developing a sense of humor.
  • Applicants must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in human services field such as psychology, social work, etc.

*Additional training will be provided by Bountiful Family Services as needed.
